1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UI Tree Builder ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UI Tree Builder is a web-based tool that allows users to create visual hierarchies of app user journeys, attach screenshots, and share interactive flows with their team. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and storage limits.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Tier: Limited to 500 MB of storage. Publishing and Story Mode features require a paid subscription.

Basic Plan ($9.99/month): 1 GB of storage with full access to all features.

Premium Plan ($19.99/month): 5 GB of storage with full access to all features.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months
  • Your data will be retained but publishing features will be disabled

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
  • Make your published flows accessible via their unique URLs

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Circumvent storage limits or other restrictions
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, which will also cancel any active subscription.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
